Ralph joined ATANE after serving as a New York Division Highway Engineer for the NYSTA, with responsibility for the maintenance of more than 100 miles of superhighway. He went on to manage many of the firm’s award-winning infrastructure projects for clients such as the NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NYSBA, NCDPW, MTA Bridges & Tunnels, NYCT, and ConnDOT.
